While it is responsible to call for a cab when too drunk to drive, it’s not responsible to be so wasted that you are incapable of telling the cab company where you are.
Derek Seber pleaded not guilty from charges stemming from Northfield fatal car crash
Derek Seber, 22, pleaded not guilty on Oct. 3, 2011 to three felony charges in Barre court today. Logan O’Neill pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor charges. The charges all stem from the fatal car crash in Northfield on Winch Hill Road that left Renee Robbins, 18, of Kentwood, Mich. dead.
